In this role, you will be responsible for providing call coverage only during designated weekend shifts, supporting a patient population aged 18 and above. Your expertise in general urology procedures, including stents, stone management, and clot evacuation, will be essential. The position involves minimal clinic coverage on weekends, with a varying patient volume that ranges from 1 to 10 consults per day, and occasional duties in the OR.

Required skills include board certification in urology, active state licensure (or qualifying for WV temporary license), DEA registration, and BLS and ACLS certifications. Candidates should have at least two years of professional experience in urology and possess all essential general urology competencies.

Preferred qualifications include additional certifications, comprehensive procedural expertise, and experience working within a hospital environment, particularly in trauma settings. Familiarity with Cerner EMR is advantageous.

This contract begins May 15th, 2026, with a credentialing timeframe of approximately 60 days. The shift schedule consists of 24-hour shifts from 7:00 AM Friday to 7:00 AM Monday, primarily covering weekends with flexible dates from May through December. The position offers a lucrative hourly pay rate of $3,120.00, along with benefits such as weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical coverage, paid sick leave, licensure and travel reimbursements, and a robust referral bonus program.
