Urology Physician

Start Date: October 6, 2025
Contract Length: 1 year
Employment Type: 1099 Locum Tenens

• 5PM Friday 7AM Monday (weekend call)

• 1 weekend per month

• Weekends are flexible can be scheduled based on provider availability

• Inpatient hospital, level 4 trauma

• 189-bed facility

• No additional in-house urology support during call

• Must be available for inpatient consults and emergency OR as needed

• Friday: 1 2 consults

• Saturday/Sunday:
  Variable; usually 5 10 consults per day

• Procedures may include: stent placements, stone removal, clot evacuation, etc.

• Board Certification in Urology Required

• Active West Virginia License or IMLC Required

• DEA Required

• BLS and ACLS Required

• Must be comfortable with all general urology procedures

• Must be able to manage adult patients (18+)
