** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.

+ Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe for any unusual situations.

+ Monitor entrances, exits, and other designated areas to help to deter unauthorized access and report any irregularities as required.

+ Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and activities according to established protocols.

+ Collaborate with local law enforcement and/or emergency services as needed in response to incidents at the location.

+ Follow all Allied Universal protocols and client site-specific procedures while maintaining a visible presence to help to deter potential issues.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Be at least 21 years of age.

+ A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ An armed guard card or license is preferred.

+ Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
