Position Overview

As the Store Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our retail operations, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities. From managing sales and customer service to ensuring operational efficiency, you'll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Applicants must be open to travel while in training, and possible relocation as Manager

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate your team to achieve sales targets, monitor credit accounts, schedule deliveries and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock availability to meet customer demand.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards to showcase our products in an attractive and enticing manner.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and employee development.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and security guidelines.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in retail or hospitality management, preferably in the furniture or home furnishings industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid understanding of sales and customer service principles.
  • Proficiency in inventory management and retail operations.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
