Feedmill Quality Compliance and Regulation

OVERVIEW

This is a supervisor level position responsible for ensuring all quality compliance and regulation program procedures for Case Farms Feed Mills are being followed. They also complete activities that ensure quality standards of finished feeds are met.

• Monitors all feed mills' compliance ensuring all procedures, policies, and guidelines for federal, environment, and all other regulations are being followed.
• Monitors and initiates quality control programs for the feed mills.
• Inspects and monitors the quality of the pellets, moisture, and other components of the feed.
• Completes all necessary documentation and reporting.
• Completes audits and reporting as required.
• Supports the Feed Mill Manager and his staff with additional activities as deemed necessary.

• Associate degree or equivalent.
• Strong management and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Competency with Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Self-Driven and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Detail-oriented.
