Job Title: Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver – Paid Training Provided
Location: Morganton, NC
Pay: $1,000 Signing Bonus & weekly pay

A Day in the Life:What You Will Do
- Empowerment & Personal Care:
Providing respectful, hands‑on assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as personal hygiene, grooming, and mealtime support. - Behavioral Support & Advocacy:
Serving as a compassionate partner, providing positive behavioral support, following person‑centered support plans, and assisting with de‑escalation. - Community & Integration:
Being a bridge to the community. Support individuals with their goals, from transportation to appointments and hobbies to helping them thrive in community‑based jobs. - Health & Wellness:
Supporting health and wellness by administering medications, assisting with mobility, and preparing nutritious meals.

What We Require (The Must‑Haves)- A compassionate, patient, and encouraging attitude
- 18 years old or older
- A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and valid auto insurance
- A High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to pass a background check

Experience:
If you have been an unpaid family caregiver for a loved one, we recognize your scheduling, advocacy, and care skills and will train you to become a DSP. - Experience as a Direct Support Professional (DSP), Personal Care Aide (PCA), Home Health Aide (HHA), or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is a major plus.
- Experience supporting individuals with IDD, autism, or behavioral support needs is highly valued.
