Job Summary:

We are seeking an outpatient therapist to join our team! In this role, you will conduct assessments, facilitate individual therapies, and create individualized treatment plans for clients across the lifespan. At Aspire, you will have opportunities to collaborate with other therapists as well as prescribers.

Responsibilities:

• Perform intakes and assessments
• Create individualized treatment plans for each client
• Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate individual therapy
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team
• Adhere to all facility and licensing standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in counseling, social work, or similar field
• Current and unrestricted license in North Carolina
• Previous experience as a behavioral health therapist preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized
