This position is for a full-time Assistant Resident Manager I at Park Place, a 112-unit affordable family housing community in Morgan Hill, CA. This is a Tax-Credit and AHP property. Qualified candidates must have 1+ years of tax-credit experience and Yardi Voyager experience. Must be able to work independently and be reliable. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred. Salary range: $25.00 - $37.00 per hour;
hiring range for new employees is generally $25.00-$31.00 per hour, DOE. An offer will consider the experience of the final candidate and the current salary level of individuals working at EAH in a similar role.

- Assists with collecting rent, bank deposits, preparing and submitting rent roll and income verification
- Monitors work orders and walks the grounds daily
- Answers telephone, files, prepares correspondence
- Assist residents with questions or problems
- Assists with evictions, annual inspections and repairs
- Assist with recertifications; resident notification, setting up appointments, tracking
- 1+ year of affordable housing property management experience
- Knowledge of HUD, TCAC, DFEH and ADA guidelines
- Skilled in problem solving and resident relations
- Strong computer and phone skills
EAH Housing conducts criminal background checks on all candidates who have received a conditional job offer and may require fingerprinting. Background check and fingerprinting completion is a requirement of employment. Certain roles may require fingerprinting for legal reasons. Onsite housing requires additional screening for household members over 18. EAH Housing requires all candidates with a conditional offer to submit to drug testing within 72 hours of acceptance.
