$20.00/hr – $22.00/hr (based on experience)

Home health aides assist clients who live independently but need help with daily tasks such as cooking, cleaning, dressing, and bathing. Caregivers also provide social interaction to keep clients cognitively and emotionally engaged. The role involves spending most of the time in clients’ homes, with occasional office time for supervision, meetings, training, and administrative duties.

• Help clients take prescribed medication.
• Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the home or outside (e.g., doctor’s appointments, walks).
• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene.
• Help clients complete physical therapy and other recommended exercises.
• Do client shopping or accompany them when they shop if needed.
• Perform light housekeeping duties, including meal preparation.
• Collect information about conditions and treatment plans from caregivers, nurses, doctors, and family members.
• Report any unusual incidents to nurses, doctors, and family members.
• Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency.

• Previous caregiver experience preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of housekeeping activities and cooking with attention to dietary constraints.
• Respectful and compassionate with a suitable bedside manner.
• Outstanding communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• Physical endurance to complete required tasks.
• Enjoy working in a one‑on‑one setting, eager to improve and continuously learn new skills.
• Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without accommodations.
• Validated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner.
• Willingness to enforce health and safety standards.
• Take pride in providing high‑quality care.

• Remaining actively available for scheduling. Failure to accept assigned shifts or communicate availability for 30 consecutive days may result in separation due to inactivity.
• Open to client assignments within a 10–60 mile radius of their home location.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle.
• Must complete background check, drug screening, and fingerprinting to be eligible for hire.
