Key responsibilities in your new role

• High Attention to Detail:
  Capable of identifying minute defects, inconsistencies, or deviations from standards. Integrity & Objectivity:
  Reliable and committed to enforce quality standards, even under pressure from production deadlines.
• Analytical Thinking:
  Able to analyze data, interpret technical drawings, and identify root causes of defects. Proactive Problem-Solver:
  Identify potential issues and recommend corrective actions to improve processes.
• Good Communication
  
  Skills:
  
  Capable of clearly reporting findings in writing and discussing them with production personnel.

• 3–5 years of direct experience in a semiconductor manufacturing or high-tech assembly environment. Technical Proficiency:
  Extensive knowledge of assembly machinery (e.g., wire bonders, die attach machines), cleanroom protocols (ISO Class 1-8), and electrostatic discharge (ESD) prevention.
• Leadership Ability:
  Capable of guiding, training, and mentoring new team members, apprentices, or trainees.
• Analytical
  
  Skills:
  
  Strong ability to debug and troubleshoot failed electronic components, assemblies, and systems using test equipment and schematics.
• Quality Focused:
  High attention to detail, capable of performing visual inspections under microscopes, and familiar with Lean/Six Sigma principles.
• Autonomy:
  Comfortable working with a moderate degree of supervision, often managing their own workflow to meet production targets.
