As a first‑grade teacher at Stratford School, you will have the opportunity to work with our talented and highly motivated students to continue building upon the knowledge foundation laid in the early elementary years and prepare them for the upper elementary school program. • Plan, supervise, and implement curriculum.
• Collaborate with other faculty and staff members.
• Monitor and assess student progress.
• Maintain an ordered and arranged classroom environment.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Prior classroom experience in a lower elementary setting is preferred.
