We are looking for a driven, self‑motivated, and organized individual to join our customer service team. Being part of our Customer Service team means you are energetic and quick; at SP we wear multiple hats, this person will not only be on the phone but also helping with shipments. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between Shoe Palace and our customers.
You will be the human element in our brand that makes a lasting impression.
Range: $19.00–$20.00
What a day at work may be like…- Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
- Run out to help fulfillment with shipping orders
- High School Diploma or higher
- Stellar memory, empathy, accuracy, and speed
- Computer savvy

- High School Diploma or higher (minimum)
- 2+ years of Customer Service experience (preferred)
