• Follow licensing and company standards to ensure daily care for all children.
• Create and maintain a clean, engaging, and organized classroom environment.
• Observe, assess, and plan activities to support children’s developmental progress.
• Communicate effectively with families and colleagues.

• Meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Ability to work indoors/outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
• Positive, energetic, dependable attitude and passion for working with children.

• Assistant Teacher: $19.43–$20.19 per hour (bi‑weekly or daily pay options)
