Our client, a fast-growing semiconductor manufacturing company, is seeking a hands‑on Controller to lead and elevate its accounting function. This is a full‑time, onsite role located in the South Bay Area, CA. The role oversees all core accounting operations, strengthens internal controls, enhances financial processes, and partners closely with executive leadership in a dynamic, PE‑backed environment. The Controller will manage a small team while remaining actively involved in operational accounting, reporting, and compliance.

• Lead and oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and month‑end close.
• Develop, implement, and enhance financial policies, procedures, internal controls, and audit frameworks.
• Manage the consolidation, analysis, and reporting of financial data to support executive decision‑making.
• Provide operational and manufacturing accounting support, including cost accounting, budgeting, and cash flow analysis.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team, fostering accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA a plus).
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 3+ years in a leadership or management role.
• Strong technical accounting background with experience in financial statements, cash flow analysis, and audits.
• Advanced ERP and Excel skills, with the ability to build and manage financial models and reporting tools.
• Demonstrated ability to improve processes, drive organizational change, and operate effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
