Job Description Teche Regional Medical Center Description
Assigned to the Behavioral Health Unit in a supporting role to give care to mentally ill or emotionally disturbed patients. Duties include coordinating mental health care services, assisting in patient assessment, monitoring and documenting care, escorting patients and identifying the personal needs of patients.
QualificationsMinimum two years experience as a Mental Health Technician (MHT) or equivalent timeframe in Nursing or Behavioral Science education fields.
