What You'll Do

You'll be the connective tissue between our sales team, field crews, vendors, and clients - keeping projects moving from first estimate to final completion. Day-to-day, that means:

• Building detailed cost estimates covering labor, equipment, materials, and more

• Managing multiple projects simultaneously from kickoff through closeout

• Reviewing plans, specs, and contract documents with a sharp eye

• Soliciting and analyzing vendor quotes to ensure complete scope coverage

• Preparing and tracking change orders, RFIs, and bid analyses

• Keeping field and office teams aligned on updates and changes

• Strengthening relationships with clients and contractors that keep them coming back

What You Bring

• 4-7 years of experience in commercial and/or municipal construction project management and estimating

• Strong blueprint-reading skills and deep knowledge of commercial construction processes

• Proficiency in MS Office (advanced Excel), estimating software, bid software, and MS Project

• A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to juggle competing deadlines without dropping the ball

• Clear, confident communication - both written and verbal

• A bachelor's degree in Construction, Building Science, Engineering, or a related field is a plus, but not required
