About the Role

As a Warehouse Operative
, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth, efficient, and timely organisation and dispatch of stock to and from our farm site. This role is vital in supporting our production and retail operations, helping us deliver exceptional quality and service across all areas of the Bamford Collection.

Location: Daylesford Farm , Gloucestershire
Salary: £26,650 per annum

Working hoursare 07:00am- 16:00pm

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the safe collection and dispatch of production stock to our third‑party warehouse, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

  • Manage the onward delivery of stock from our third‑party warehouse to various locations around the farm site — including our stores, production units, and kitchens.

  • Maintain clear communication with all departments to resolve delivery or stock issues promptly and professionally.

  • Ensure the warehouse and surrounding areas remain clean, organised, and safe, including the collection and storage of empty crates and pallets.

  • Keep all warehouse vehicles clean, fuelled, and in good working order
    , reporting any maintenance issues immediately.

Skills & Experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent planning, organisation, and time management abilities.

  • Attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem‑solving.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

  • Previous customer service or logistics experience is advantageous.
