We are working with a highly reputable and well known facilities management contractor who provide all round building maintenance to services to clients throughout the UK.

Due to continued expansion we are currently looking to recruit a maintenance engineer to join the teams

• You τα θα responsible for a wide họ range of electrical maintenance works - ppm and reactive, fault finding etc.
• This role will be static working on a commercial building in Moreton In Marsh
• You’ll be first point of call for PPM and reactive M&E and other generalpriate building services maintenance. Tasks could include emergency light testing, fire alarms, lamp changes, basic plumbing, and fabric work although you will largely covering electrical
• You’ll enjoy working autonomously, where you will be responsible for delivering planned and preventative maintenance, fault finding and repair work. Ideally, you will have the ability to confidently carry out a range of other tasks as well.

• You must be electrically qualified and will hold Level 2 or 3 or equivalent and 17th or 18th edition.
• You will have experience carrying out electrical maintenance, ppm and reactive maintenance works
• You will ideally have good general knowledge of general maintenance such as light mechanical/hvac/fabric and happy to develop this.
• You will be happy with the role being static
• Good IT skills
• Excellent communication skills

• Base salary £36630
• Static role based on 1 site
• Monday - Friday - 40 hours per week
