Yard Operative

We are currently recruiting for a Yard Operative / Cleaner to join a well-established company based in Moreton-in-Marsh. This is a fantastic Full time opportunity with an immediate start for the right candidate. Candidates must be reliable, hardworking, and looking to be part of a busy and supportive team. As a Yard Operative, you will be responsible for maintaining and preparing temporary units to a high standard, ensuring they are clean, tidy, and ready for customer use.

This is a physical, hands-on role that involves working outdoors in all weather conditions.

Pay: £12.21 per hour
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 07:00 – 16:00 (1-hour unpaid break)

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a yard, cleaning, or labouring role is desirable
• Physically fit and comfortable working in outdoor environments
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good timekeeping and a positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and adapt to various cleaning and maintenance tasks
• Candidates outside of Moreton-in-Marsh must have own transport
• Must have a proficient level of English

• Cleaning and jet-washing temporary modular units (inside and outside)
• Carrying out basic repairs and maintenance as needed
• Keeping the yard area clean, organised, and safe
• Ensuring all units are prepared to company and customer standards
• Following all health and safety protocols at all times
• Working efficiently to meet daily targets and schedules

• £12.21 per hour, paid weekly or Monthly
• Full-time hours, Monday to Friday (weekends off)
• 1-hour unpaid break each day
• Ongoing support and training
