Crunch Cares is seeking passionate, enthusiastic individuals to join our team to support external marketing efforts and sales in the field. The role involves engaging with gym members and potential new members, promoting philanthropic endeavors, and driving sales through new and existing promotions.

• Identify prospective members using available resources and following leads.
• Seek out potential customers and introduce Crunch Fitness services to meet each member’s unique needs.
• Support the Sales & Marketing team with outside sales promotions and programs.
• Represent the company at special events, providing social media and event support.
• Liaise between members, sales, field operations, and office personnel to resolve general inquiries and issues.
• Ensure all necessary information about job opportunities is communicated to the team.
• Provide weekly reports (sales reports, call reports) to the Executive Team.

• At least 2 years of sales/customer‑service experience
