• Base Pay: $17.00–$22.00 per hour, plus commission

BLISS Car Wash is looking for an EXPERIENCED Sales Associate to guide guests in choosing a Monthly Unlimited Wash Membership for their vehicle.

• Greet and create an exceptional first impression for all guests.
• Offer & sell BLISS Monthly Unlimited Wash Memberships and Single Wash Packages, including upgrades.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area and adhere to company safety protocol.
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including proper uniform policy.
• Follow company directions and make consistent decisions aligned with the job functions.
• Enjoy working outdoors and be a team player.
• Meet or exceed sales targets.
• Ensure all vehicles are loaded correctly and safely onto the conveyor.
• Prep vehicles following company guidelines.
• Perform after‑hours cleaning tasks on schedule.

• Perform after‑hours site cleaning following the schedule (includes tunnel floor, walls, pit, vacuum area, walkways, queuing area, etc.).

• MUST HAVE SALES EXPERIENCE.
• Ability to adapt to a high‑volume retail environment and work in a team setting.
• Flexible to varied hours and days as business dictates.
• Demonstrates ability to improve through training.
• Excellent communication and follow‑through skills.
• Build strong relationships with guests and co‑workers.
• Allow to stand, walk, and move for extended periods; lift up to 50 lbs.

• Reports to the Site Manager.

• Work outdoors in a loud environment due to car wash equipment and vehicles.
• Constant exposure to fumes from equipment, cleaning solvents, and chemicals.
• Fluctuating temperature and conditions (heat, cold, humidity); exposure to noise and vibration.

• Work outdoors with the ability to stand, walk, and be in constant motion; perform physical activities such as lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, reaching, and stooping.
• Ability to operate all related equipment.
