• Provide excellent customer service.
• Assist customers and maintain clean shelves and display cases.
• Clean, fill, and rotate the Meat Wrap displays.
• Work with customers to take special orders and coordinate with the Meat Cutter to determine items that need cutting.
• Lift up to 60 pounds regularly and occasionally; bend, stand, and stoop for prolonged periods.

• Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, pricing codes, shelf tags, and memos.
• Write simple correspondence.
• Effectively present information to customers, clients, and other employees in one‑on‑one and small group settings.
• Understand and carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
• Lift 25, 45, and occasionally 60 pounds as required.
• Basic PC/Outlook skills (preferred).
• Retail Management Certificate (preferred).

• Food Handler Card or equivalent certification required.
• Ability to lift, bend, stand, and stoop for prolonged periods.
• Work under direct supervision in a fast‑paced grocery environment.
