We are seeking bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) and Licensed Marriage & Family Therapists (LMFT) to provide culturally responsive mental health services to students in K–12 school settings. This role is ideal for clinicians who build strong student relationships, collaborate effectively with school staff, and are committed to supporting youth mental health in diverse communities.
Position Overview
School-Based Mental Health (SBMH) clinicians will provide prevention, early intervention, and ongoing mental health support to students. The goal is to foster resilience, positive school climates, and access to culturally competent mental health services.
Assignments are available at preschool and middle school levels

Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy
- Collaborate with school staff to support student well-being
- Deliver universal supports that promote resilience and pro-social behaviors
- Identify students experiencing emotional distress or mental health concerns
- Provide early intervention and ongoing mental health services
- Refer students to school-based and community-based resources
- Support crisis response, suicide prevention, and post-vention efforts
- Implement school policies related to student mental health
- Build partnerships and cross-system collaborations
- Promote culturally competent and developmentally appropriate care
Qualifications
- Active LCSW license or LMFT license
- Experience working with children or adolescents strongly preferred
- Strong cultural competency and relationship-building skills
