A manufacturer in the Valley is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join their team. In this newly created position reporting directly to the CFO, the Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for creating board decks and dashboards, financial modeling, labor and job cost analysis, and fixed term pricing. To be successful in this role, the Senior Financial Analyst will need to be hands‑on, analytical, and be able to work independently.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related field
• 3-6 years of finance experience
• MUST have experience working for a manufacturing company
• Advanced Excel
• Experience with data visualization software is a plus

• Build, maintain, and enhance detailed financial models supporting annual budgets, forecasts, long-range plans, and ad hoc strategic initiatives
• Perform scenario, sensitivity, and profitability analyses to support strategic and operational decision-making
• Partner closely with operations to support labor analysis, job cost analysis, and manufacturing performance reporting
• Analyze fixed-term pricing, contract profitability, and cost drivers across programs and products
• Support commercial finance activities, including customer pricing analysis and margin optimization
• Develop and deliver recurring and ad hoc financial reports, leveraging data analytics and visualization tools
• Utilize and enhance data rails and BI platforms to improve financial transparency and operational insights
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of financial data used for internal and external reporting
• Support initiatives related to process improvement, scalability, and financial rigor
• Take on expanding responsibilities over time as the organization continues to grow
