Reporting to the Vice President, Global Finance and Strategic Sourcing

As Controller, you will oversee accounting operations, consolidation, financial reporting, and compliance for the Jaeger Medical group of companies.

• Lead stand‑alone and consolidated monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting across multiple global entities
• Own the global financial close process, including reconciliations, intercompany accounting, and variance analysis
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, internal controls, and regulatory requirements
• Manage external audits, statutory reporting, and tax filings across jurisdictions
• Deliver clear, insightful management reporting to senior leadership
• Support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and ad‑hoc analysis
• Partner cross‑functionally with Operations, IT, and Strategic Sourcing to improve financial processes
• Lead, coach, and inspire a global accounting team, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Accounting or related field
• CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional accounting designation required
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role
• Experience in multinational, multi‑entity, multi‑currency environments (manufacturing experience preferred)
• Strong technical accounting expertise and experience with consolidated financial statements
• Hands‑on, people‑focused leader who enjoys mentoring and developing teams
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (Oracle JDE and One Stream are a plus)
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
• Onsite role based in Moreno Valley, California
• Occasional domestic and international travel may be required

In accordance with California law, the expected salary range for this role is $130,000 – $160,000 annually
, based on experience, skills, and qualifications. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process.
