- Age range of patient population: 18-100
- Average patients per day: 16
- EMR:
Epic / Aragon - Support Staff:
Assigned MD and 3 APCs (2 currently on leave)
Requirements
- Active CA License
- BLS Certification
- Preferred: +3 years' experience in primary care setting
- Will consider non-local providers, and reimburse for travel
