Job SummaryResponsible for leading advanced analysis, design, and administration of executive compensation programs, including base pay, annual and long‑term incentives, equity, and deferred compensation. Provides subject matter expertise and strategic support to HR leadership, Finance, Legal, and the Compensation Committee in evaluating and implementing executive pay practices. Ensures compliance with regulatory and governance requirements, prepares complex modeling and recommendations, and contributes to the development of competitive and performance‑driven executive compensation programs aligned with organizational strategy and shareholder interests.
EssentialFunctions
- Leads complex market research, benchmarking, and competitive analyses for executive roles using survey data, external resources, and compensation tools.
- Develops and manages advanced compensation models, forecasts, and scenario analyses to support executive pay recommendations and program design.
- Serves as a primary partner to HR Operations in the administration of executive compensation programs, including annual incentive, equity, deferred compensation, and retention plans.
- Provides subject matter expertise and guidance to Finance, Legal, and HR partners to ensure compliance with tax laws, regulatory standards, and governance requirements.
- Prepares and presents detailed materials, analyses, and reports for Compensation Committee meetings and executive leadership decision‑making.
- Monitors and interprets executive compensation trends, best practices, and evolving regulations to recommend enhancements to program design.
- Oversees the preparation and review of executive compensation disclosures for proxy statements, public filings, and internal governance documents.
- Provides consultative support on executive offers, promotions, retention packages, and employment agreements.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, finance, economics, or a related field.
Experience Requirement5+ years of experience in compensation analysis, HR analytics, or related HR/finance function.
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. All experience must be paid and in the same related field. Part‑time and PRN experience will be prorated based on hours worked per week. Volunteer work and internships for academic credit are not counted.
Certifications & LicensuresCertified Compensation Professional (CCP), SHRM‑CP, SHRM‑SCP, or PHR preferred.
