• Location: Morehead City, NC
• Setting: Acute Care Hospital
• Start Date: 2/23/2026 or mid March
• Schedule: Monday Friday, 4 10s (40 hours/week guaranteed)
• Coverage: Scheduled only no call required
• Assignment Length: 3 months
• Employment Type: Locum Tenens (1099)
• Pay Range: (call to discuss structure)
• Shift Options: 8s, 10s, 12s available; 16s not needed
• Overtime: Offered, not expected

• Ortho
• General Surgery
• GYN
• C Sections
• No Hearts
• No Neuro
• No Pediatrics

Skills Required: Ortho, GYN, Urology, General Surgery, and ability to assist with C sections
(No blocks or epidurals required)

• Practice Setting:
  Pre/Post Op with 5 ORs running 2 days/week
• Some supervision days; other days more direction
• Adult population only
• Charting: Paper charting + Meditech (in house)
• Minimum Experience:
  
  2 years acute care
• Geographical radius rule: Providers must live 50+ miles from the facility
• Full time candidates only

• NBCRNA
• Active North Carolina license (compact accepted; no licensing candidates)
• ACLS, BLS, PALS
• DEA not required
• Emergency privileges available for clean files
• Credentialing timeframe:
  Up to 90 days (but emergency temp privs possible in a few weeks)

• Mileage and lodging covered
• Preferred hotels available within the approved rate
