RN Nurse Supervisor

Crystal Bluffs Rehabilitation and Health Care Center is a leader in rehabilitative and long-term healthcare at the Crystal Coast. We currently have an opportunity for an energetic and dynamic RN to join us as a Nurse Supervisor.

We are seeking an experienced RN as a Nurse Supervisor for our 92-bed facility. This position will provide clinical and organizational leadership and support to our Director of Nursing. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of supervisory experience in long-term care, be compassionate and caring, handle multiple priorities, work flexible hours and motivate staff.

• Required – RN with unencumbered NC credentials
• Required - Two years experience as an Supervisor in a Long-Term Care environment
• Direct experience with Electronic Medical Record software – Point Click Care
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff and all levels of the organization
• Ability to organize and prioritize
• Ability to be accurate, concise and detail oriented
• Ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office
• Valid NC drivers license and reliable transportation
