At Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH), our mission is rooted in empowering individuals and strengthening communities. We are seeking a compassionate, caring, and dedicated Outpatient Therapist to join our collaborative, multidisciplinary team in Morehead City, NC.

Your Role in Our MissionAs an Outpatient Therapist you will utilize screenings, evaluations, and diagnostic assessments to develop client treatment goals and person-centered plans (PCP’s) which will include input from the clients regarding treatment and diverse after-care plans. You may provide services to individuals and groups with substance use and mental health struggles to include initiating contact and working with family members or support systems in the care process.

Enjoy a consistent schedule of Monday – Friday, 8 am-5 pm, onsite.
We also offer a full benefits package for benefits-eligible positions.
- Competitive salary: up to $65,000 for provisionally licensed candidates and up to $78,000 for fully licensed candidates in this full‑time, exempt position

- Supervision for licensure
- Full or provisional licensure:
LCSW, LCMHC- Dual licensure preferred: LCAS
- Experience in Substance Use services preferred
- Maintain a valid state driver’s license and auto insurance for personal and agency vehicles utilized for work
