A leading children's care organization in Morecambe is seeking a Registered Children's Home Manager to lead and nurture a solo EBD home. This position offers a salary up to £55,000 plus an annual bonus potential of £8,500. The ideal candidate will have a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare and at least 2 years of experience in residential care.
