Coffee Shop Assistant, Greenacres Coffee Shop - Fochabers

Salary range £10.00-£12.21 per hour

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages
• Ensure all food safety standards are met during food preparation and service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station and seating areas.
• Assist customers with their orders, providing recommendations and answering any questions they may have.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.

• Understanding of food safety practices to ensure a hygienic work environment.
• Preparing and serving food in the kitchen as well as preparing and serving hot and cold drinks in front of house.
• Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and managing inventory.
• Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• A friendly disposition with a willingness to help customers create memorable experiences.
