Join Edrington as a Kitchen Porter at The Macallan Estate. Your role involves general cleaning duties, operating dishwashers and kitchen machinery, supporting food prep, maintaining hygiene, and ensuring safety in a busy kitchen environment.

• Salary £13.39 per hour plus shift allowance

• Dishwashing: hand wash or load, unload and store dishes, pots and props.
• Delivery organisation: receive deliveries, verify accuracy, report issues to head chef and store appropriately.
• Storage management: keep ingredients organised and accessible; maintain a hygienic environment.
• Waste removal: empty rubbish bins, manage recycling procedures, dispose of waste properly.
• Kitchen support: assist with basic food prep during busy periods and clean end‑of‑day areas.
• PPE compliance: wear correct PPE and follow COSHH guidelines for hazardous substances.
• Equipment maintenance: perform deep clean on weekly basis to keep equipment in proper condition.
• Safe environment: ensure cooking surfaces and cookware remain clean to create a safe cooking area.

Experience in a kitchen environment desirable but not essential. Reliable, committed, efficient timekeeping and hardworking. Flexible for shifts, weekends and evenings. Team player with strong communication skills.
