The Role

The Executive Assistant will manage complex diaries, meetings, travel and communications to ensure our Commercial Leaders and Teams stay organised, informed and effective. The role involves co-ordinating key projects, customer meetings and commercial initiatives while handing confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

• Manage calendars, inboxes, meetings and travel for Senior Leaders
• Prepare briefings, reports and presentations for internal and external meetings
• Track sales and performance data to support Commercial planning and reporting
• Co-ordinate cross-functional projects such as product launches and trade campaigns
• Liaise with key customers, partners and industry organisations
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with care

• Experienced Executive Assistant or Senior Administrator, ideally within FMCG or a Commercial Environment
• Exceptionally organised, proactive and discreet
• Strong communicator with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Professional, reliable, and customer-focused
