Part-Time
Pay Range:$19 - $21 (+ tips)
Hours/shifts:- Evening shifts from 2pm - 9pm/10pm
- 30-35 hours per week

- Assist the Executive Chef with all kitchen needs
- Handle the prep, setup, restocking, managing, and cleaning of assigned food station
- Responsible for food preparation and production: prepping, cooking, frying, grilling and plating, with comfortability using cooking/kitchen equipment in a professional environment
- Work a fast-paced station in accordance with other stations to deliver consistent quality food in an orderly time for guests
- Ensure that assigned work areas and equipment are properly clean and sanitary before, during, and after tasks
- Execute recipes to Executive Chef’s standards, follow directions, and flexible to offer help where it is needed
- Ensure that food is stored in optimum conditions and meets safe food handling measures
- Complete BOH clean up to company standards and health code
- Perform daily opening, mid shift, and closing duties as directed by the Executive Chef
- Minimum of 1 year of professional cooking experience
- Must have a valid California Food Handler certificate
- Flexible availability, which includes working evening (Wednesday - Sunday) shifts, weekends, and holidays
- High energy, strong organizational skills, and a team player mentality
- Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to stand full duration of shift
- Reaching, bending, stooping, lifting, and carrying supplies
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds in weight on a semi regular basis
