Loan Specialist

• An Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Financial services experience (mortgage industry experience is a plus)
• General understanding of applicable Federal, State, and Local regulations

Job Description

As a Home Loan Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting various channels. You will be responsible for facilitating efficient and effective processes that support business and customer service objectives. Your duties will include:

• Performing routine data entry and validation tasks.
• Initiating third-party orders such as title, appraisal, hazard, flood cert, credit, etc.
• Reviewing and validating loan documents.
• Handling routine calls, emails, and/or chat responses.
• Monitoring work queues and intervening as needed.
• Performing other related duties as required and assigned.
• Demonstrating behaviors that are aligned with the organization's desired culture and values.
