We're looking for a Non-CDL Delivery Driver to join our team and help deliver top-quality building materials to job sites within a 150‑mile radius of the Fargo‑Moorhead area. Hours
:
Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
Starting Pay
: $19.46 – $21.00 /hour (salary may vary based on skills, experience, location, etc.)

Responsibilities- Safely operate a 20‑foot box truck to deliver building materials.
- Lifts and moves materials up to 100 pounds using proper equipment.
- Ensures delivery accuracy and collects customer signatures.
- Maintains DOT medical certification and follows all DOT regulations.
- Performs pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections.
- Communicates clearly with dispatch, warehouse staff, and customers.
- Provides friendly, professional customer service at each stop.
- Assists in the warehouse when needed.
- Keeps accurate records and reports any issues promptly.
- 150‑mile radius of the Fargo‑Moorhead area.
- Overnight travel required on a rotating basis.
- 21 years of age or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to obtain and maintain DOT medical certification.
- 1+ years of delivery or driving experience preferred.
- Experience in construction or logistics is a plus.
- Strong communicator with excellent customer‑service skills.
- Self‑motivated and manages time effectively.
- Comfortable with GPS and routing systems.
