We are the regional law enforcement leader in northwest Minnesota and we are hiring motivated entry‑level and experienced lateral officers. We set the standard for service, integrity, and community connection.
2026 Salary Range: $74,742 – $105,267 ($35.93 – $50.60 hr). Hiring Incentive/Bonus:
Up to $3,500 for entry‑level; $5,000 for qualified lateral hires. Salary increases on anniversary date + 6% COLA increase January 2027.

12‑hour shifts with every other weekend off.

Requirements- MN POST licensed or eligible by December 31, 2026.
- Associate’s degree in Criminal Justice (or related field).
- Valid driver’s license.
