• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, promotional signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist guests.
• Use store tools to understand sales and inventory, and to support guest needs.
• Sort freight, push freight to the salesfloor, and locate merchandise in the backroom as needed.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor through priority fills and merchandising to capacity.
• Execute and maintain backroom organization to support replenishment and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price change processes with signing and clearance merchandising.
• Maintain and use fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and help guests.
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by moving merchandise from fitting rooms and guest services back to the salesfloor.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup, and Drive-Up, while complying with applicable laws (including adult beverage laws).
• Greet guests as you complete daily tasks and engage with them to solve their needs.
• Every day may include additional duties based on business needs.
