Family Coach
Provide intentional, intensive, family-centered coaching to families that are working toward economic security. This position meets people where they are at and partners to empower families to achieve their hopes and dreams. Services are relationship based, flexible and adaptable. Collaborate with all Divisions and communicate with program community partners. Provide oversight, community outreach, and direct support services to eligible families and individuals through Community Action Programs.
Minimum Qualifications- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Service Related Field
- Valid driver’s license and current vehicle insurance
- Experience in Community Action
- Lived experience or a history working with individuals with low incomes
- Experience providing case management or coaching
- Experience working with families and individuals in crisis situations
