** Job Description Summary
** The Assistant Project Manager Level 2 supports the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing electrical projects. This role involves managing project documentation, assisting with scheduling and budgeting, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within scope. The Assistant Project Manager Level 2 is expected to have a higher level of experience and responsibility compared to entry-level positions.

*** Assist the Project Manager:
Work hand-in-hand with our seasoned Project Managers to oversee the entire project lifecycle – from procurement and engineering to subcontracting and installation.
* Build Strong Customer Relations:

* Optimize Project Economics:

* Master Project Documentation:
Gain proficiency in preparing, processing, and managing all essential project documentation. This includes files, schedules, reports, billing, and more.
* Complete Submittals and Close-Outs:

** Qualifications and Education Requirements
*** High School Diploma or equivalent.
* Two (2) year degree in electrical construction, construction management, similar discipline, or equivalent experience.
* 2+ years of experience in electrical contracting project management preferred.
* National Electrical Code knowledge required.
* Knowledge of materials, methods and the tools involved in the electrical industry.
* Drawing/blueprint reading, and specification experience required.
* Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Word computer skills.
* Bluebeam and CAD experience preferred.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to meet daily deadlines.
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
* Valid driver’s license required.
** Physical Requirements
*** This position has the potential to operate at an industrial job site and is exposed to moving mechanical parts, vibration, and noise, possibly requiring closed-toed shoes, as well as occasional use of a hard hat and eye protection.
* This position also operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, filing cabinets, photocopiers.
* Employees are frequently required to sit, and occasionally required to kneel, reach, stoop, crouch or crawl.
* This position requires the ability to lift files, open file cabinets, and bend or stand as necessary.
* This position may occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
** Pay Range:**$72,960.00 - $97,280.00
Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
