Experienced Litigation Attorney

Moorhead Law Group is looking for an Experienced Litigation Attorney to join our team in our Santa Rosa Beach, FL office. • Handle litigation matters involving business, commercial and real estate
• Draft/review/respond to substantive pleadings, motions, discovery
• Attend/chair hearings, depositions, mediations, as well as negotiate settlements

• Handle litigation matters involving business, commercial and real estate
• Draft/review/respond to substantive pleadings, motions, discovery
• Attend/chair hearings, depositions, mediations, as well as negotiate settlements

• In good standing with the Florida Bar
• Minimum of 5 years experience handling litigation matters
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Highly proficient in MS Word, MS Outlook, and case management software
• Must be a self-starter and goal-oriented with a focus on long-term career goals
• Ability to analyze matters from a business perspective
• Ability to work as part of an enthusiastic team
