Day Shift Caregivers (12-Hour Shifts). Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities Available! Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM, with every other weekend and holidays. Farmstead Living in Moorhead, MN is looking for compassionate, dedicated Caregivers to join our exceptional team! This is your chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents while working in a warm, supportive environment.

• Deliver excellent care that supports residents’ physical and emotional well-being.
• Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and meals.
• Document residents’ progress and report any changes in condition to our nursing team.

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Empathy, compassion, and a genuine desire to make a difference.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent time management skills.
• CNA license not required!
