We’re looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team and drive our vision forward.
Role DescriptionAs an Inside Sales Representative you ll be responsible for presenting to and closing pre-set appointments with qualified homeowners via Zoom. All customers are pre-approved. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about renewable energy and eager to earn above average commissions.
Responsibilities- Reach out to inbound leads and warm prospects through phone calls.
- Educate customers on the advantages of solar energy, financing options, and how our solutions meet their needs.
- Drive sales by closing deals over the phone and through online communication.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with marketing and other sales team members to optimize lead conversion and overall sales strategy.
- Previous experience in high volume tele-sales.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Motivated by commission and driven to meet sales goals.
- Ability to explain complex products in a simple and engaging way.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple leads.
- Positive, enthusiastic, and goal-driven attitude.
- Competitive base salary with uncapped commissions and performance bonuses.
- Leadership here has 12 yrs. in solar, 8 yrs. in solar, and 25 yrs. in solar with another 3 on staff that have over 5 yrs. in solar.
