Job ResponsibilitiesThe Lead Associate provides store leadership in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Manager, demonstrating commitment to friendly customer service and teamwork. The role requires integrity, resourcefulness, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Closing the store, reconciling cash with sales reports, and securing the facility for the night.
- Maintaining records of store operations, including sales reports, cash deposits, and opening/closing reports.
- Handling customer service and cash register operations.
- Receiving, pricing, and stocking donations (may occasionally lift up to 50 pounds).
- Hanging, inspecting, and tagging textiles and clothing in a production setting.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Lead or supervisory experience required.
Availability to work most store hours, including evenings and weekends. Stores operate Monday through Saturday from 10 am to 8 pm, and open at 1 pm on Sundays.
