We are looking for a Full-Time
Customer Service Representative who brings warmth, organization, and positive energy to our front desk and wants to be part of a hospital that truly sets the standard.

• Greeting clients with warmth and professionalism in person and on the phone
• Scheduling appointments and keeping daily workflows running smoothly
• Answering questions and providing clear, compassionate client education
• Maintaining accurate patient records and updating charts
• Supporting the medical team through clear communication and coordination
• Processing payments and managing check-in and check-out
• Helping create a calm, organized, and welcoming front desk experience

• Love creating positive experiences from the first phone call to the final tail wag
• Stay organized and detail focused, even when things get busy
• Can multitask while remaining calm, kind, and professional
• Feel confident using computers, scheduling software, and digital records
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients and teammates
• Want to grow in a hospital that values learning, development, and teamwork
