Job Title:

Landscape Crew Leader (a.k.a. Captain of the Green Team!)

Must be able to lift 35 lbs repeatedly—think mulch bags, not gym heroics.

Must have a valid North Carolina driver's license and a good driving record

1–3 years of hands-on landscaping experience preferred.

As a working crew leader, you won’t just point—you’ll lead by example. You’ll help turn outdoor spaces into showstoppers while keeping your crew motivated and on track.

Your day may include:

• Leading and directing crew members on tasks assigned by the foreman and manager
• Mowing, mulching, planting sod, and making landscapes look their best
• Assisting with irrigation and spraying as needed
• Jumping in wherever the job needs you—because teamwork makes the turf work
