Registered Nurse (RN) – Duke Health Lake Norman Hospital

Duke Health Lake Norman Hospital (123 beds, Mooresville, NC) offers comprehensive medical services including 24‑hour emergency care, cardiology, orthopedics, women's services, and surgical specialties. Join our team to provide compassionate, patient‑centered care.

• Deliver patient care through the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Direct and coordinate nursing care based on established clinical nursing practices.
• Collaborate with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and achieve desired patient outcomes.

Commitment Bonus: $15,000.

• Graduation from an accredited BSN program, Associate’s Degree in Nursing, or Nursing Diploma program.
• Current unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina.
• One to three years of previous clinical nursing experience (minimum 1 year in the specialty area, if applicable).
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification.
• National specialty certification and Non‑violent Crisis Intervention certification preferred.
