This position involves maintaining a clean and safe facility, ensuring a positive first and last impression for members, and providing a high level of service in a fast-paced environment.

Maintains safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines including conducting safety sweeps, following proper forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, adhering to Company standards, and reporting unsafe situations to Management.

Cleans all areas of the Facility (floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles) using approved chemicals, supplies, tools, and equipment per Company procedures.

Ensures a safe and clean environment for Members and Associates by performing maintenance as necessary, responding to spills, operating floor scrubbers, and disposing of cardboard, plastic, and trash in line with the Company Environmental Sustainability Program.

Maintains appropriate levels of Company-approved chemicals and supplies, rotates and stores chemicals properly, and places orders to replenish supplies when low.

The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $24.00. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in certain circumstances, up to $3.00 per hour. Premiums depend on schedule, facility, season, or work performed.
