POS QA Analyst​/POS Manual Tester; Onsite

CTG is seeking to fill a POS QA Analyst / POS Manual Tester position for our client.

Location: Mooresville, NC (Onsite – 5 days per week)
Duration: 10 months

• Perform hands‑on manual testing of POS systems on physical devices
• Test end‑to‑end transaction flows: sales, refunds, voids, and end‑of‑day processing
• Validate multiple payment types: cash, card, EMV, and contactless
• Create and execute test cases; log, track, and retest defects
• Partner closely with developers and business stakeholders to ensure quality releases

• Strong POS testing experience, including Voyix/Verifone and Toshiba ACE POS
• Proven manual QA experience in retail or POS environments
• Solid understanding of POS payment processing and transaction life cycles

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
